Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset: What's the Difference?
Joy Renner

Having a growth mindset allows the individual to seize opportunities. The past does not define the future but informs future decisions of where to go from now to where you want to be. A fixed mindset makes it more difficult to recover from challenges and set-backs. Growth mindset builds resilience and the ability to persevere in difficult times. This session will highlight the differences between a person with a growth mindset versus those with a fixed mindset and how one can lead the individual to success and a full life.
